Chefs fight for a healthy plate for kids and better food habit will take place in Delaware, where chefs from local restaurants, farmers, nutritionist and myself will introduce and talk about food, vegetable, meat, dairy, creative recipes, healthy living and habits for a new generation of young people.
Great tips about cooking will be shown, advice of what to pick at the restaurant, how to say no to unhealthy food when you have other choices. This is a cooking show just like on TV. It will be informative and very entertaining.
